1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Woodes Trades you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Educational Purpose
Woodes Trades is an educational research and simulation platform. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You agree not to share your account or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. BYOK API Keys
The Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature allows you to connect your own AI API key. Your key is encrypted before storage. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your own API key. Woodes Labs is not liable for any costs arising from your use of third-party AI services.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding-cohort pricing is locked for the lifetime of the account.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to circumvent financial regulations, engage in market manipulation, reverse-engineer our systems, or attempt to access other users' data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Woodes Labs is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
