1. Who We Are

Woodes Trades is a product of Woodes Labs. We operate the trading research terminal at app.trades.woodeslabs.com. For all privacy enquiries write to office@woodeslabs.com.

2. What We Collect

• Email address and name — when you create an account or contact us.
• API keys — your BYOK AI key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We cannot read it.
• Usage data — anonymised interaction data to improve the product.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never store card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate your account and deliver the platform.
• To send product and account notifications.
• To process payments and manage your subscription tier.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-Party Processors

• Supabase — database, authentication, and encrypted key vault.
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
• Payment processor — subscription billing and management.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to office@woodeslabs.com. We will respond within 14 days. You may delete your account from the Settings panel inside the terminal at any time.
